  • Our shipping is painless and simple.  If you place your order before 2PM MST your product will be shipped that same day at no cost to you (*FREE Shipping applies to select products only and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States).  Orders that ship to an address other than your billing address will be subject to further verification and may not ship same day.     Once you make your order you can track the progress of your package using the tracking number that we will provide upon shipping your order.  
    On weekend purchases we will ship the following Monday. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday.     Return Policy
    We maintain a team of staff expert technicians capable of repairing even the most beat up drones. 
    We offer a 10-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown product can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking. Any defective merchandise need to be reported to Finest Drones. within 10 business days of the order
     
    ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RMA AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - CONTACT US BEFORE SHIPPING ANY PRODUCT BACK.
    Warranty
    The majority of our products (including DJI products) are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Finest Drones. does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as Finest Drones. does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein.
    And remember: These parts can be complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. The warranty does not cover, and Finest Drones., LLC. is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component.     If a Warranty issue does arise and the item must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement the customer has 2 options:
    .
    Option #1:  Contact DJI and obtain an RMA number.  The customer must then ship their purchase to DJI.  DJI will then inspect and then replace the purchase at their discretion.
    Please contact them at us.support@dji.com and they will ensure you are taken care of.
    If you contact DJI for support, please have available the following information:
    Product name / number
    Serial number
    Date of purchase
    Dealer name
    Description of fault
    Photo or Video of fault, if applicable

    Option #2: Finest Drones. will manage the manufacture warranty process.  If it's a drone we will charge the customer $150 to manage this process.  If it's an accessory or part we will charge the customer $60.  This charge will cover the cost for Finest Drones. to receive the item, test the item, document the item, ship the item to DJI, follow up with DJI, ship the item back from DJI, test the item for replacement accuracy and then ship the item back to the customer.
